Jay works with you!. I was very specific in my request with style and budget. I had purchased from Jay before. Even though it was difficult for him to meet my price limitations considering the current gold and diamond market, Jay was concerned about maintaining a long term relationship with me. Probably he lost money but didn't want me to be disappointed. I truly appreciated this commitment to keeping a customer satisfied.
