Zero stars..
Bought a coffee machine from them. $3,500 and came with a 1 year warranty. They wanted to sell me a $500 extended warranty. I thought I was buying something of quality.
After a year and a half, the compressor broke and the compressor costs $1,700.
Don't buy Dacor ever unless you like throwing money out the window.
