Pretentious.. I enjoy going here because they have a wide selection of shoes that you probably won't find at chainstores and they also have lots of sales. However, the salespeople are pretentious teenagers who don't seem to care about their job and are more in it for the "discounted shoes" than helping out their customers. Unlike chainstores, no one ever offers me help, even though there's 5 of them just standing around the counter doing nothing. Bad customer service, except when the older person is around (who I assume is the head manager/owner). So I'd say that this is a great palce to just have a look at some shoes.
