Do not trust your car to these incompetent people!. I went here on a Sunday morning because they were the only ones open at the time. I only need my tire patched and they told me they couldn't patch it. It would have to be replaced.

The tire costed $63 on their original quote and by the time they finished putting it on, they charged me $95.00. I then get home mid day to find out from my boyfriend that they put the wrong size tire on my car. How was I supposed to know what size tire goes into my car? I trusted these people because I thought they were the professionals. For all I know, my original tire could have been ok to patch. Who knows?

I had to go back the next day for them to fix their mistake. I miss time off work and I swear I will never go back to this place. Do not trust your car to these incompetent people!

For God's sake, STAY AWAY from this place!. I admit that it's entirely my fault for buying the incredibly tires at this place.

It should have been a dead giveaway, because most all other "normal places" i could have bought my suv's tires from had a line going out to the street -- costco, sears, etc. this place, no wait. no wonder!

Everytime I go here for tire rotation, a minimum 1 hour wait, even though there's absolutely no people in line whatsoever.

They did something to the door, the largest, heaviest one, mind you, that now it doesn't stay open by itself. It's constantly banging close even though I have it open, a very, very heavy door.

For God's sake, STAY AWAY from this place!

Wheel Works can not be trusted!. Wheel Works charged me over $1K for 4 new tires for my SUV. They're all supposed to have extended warranties, so when I got a flat about 1 month after installation, I thought nothing of it because I was under the impression that I was completely covered.

I go there and they tell me to come back in 2 hours because they're busy. I come back, I was told my car was next in line. 30 minutes later, so it was. Then, a salesperson tries to sell me every warranty on the book for this new tire they're about to install. I asked him "Shouldn't it still be under warranty because the tire that got a flat was, after all". No, I'm done for. Another 30+ minutes later -- they tell me that they don't have my tire on stock after all.

So it took this long to tell me this? They proceed to change the flat with my spare and they take the flat. I'm supposed to get a call from them when the new tire comes-in. That was over a week ago. Guess what? No call as of yet. Wheel Works can not be trusted!

stay away. Terrible service and incompetent mechanics.this company should not be in business.

I asked for an oil change and they ended up draining my transmission fluid. When I finally got my car back I drove one block only to find out they forgot to add enough transmission fluid and barely got back to the garage. My car was in thir shop for two days.I came in for a tire repair and oil change!
