Najwa ruined my hair!

Last week Najwa ruined my hair. I went in for a partial highlight and she took it upon herself to color my base bright orange. I only requested highlights. When Najwa realized her mistake, she put a lavender colored glaze over my whole head. At this point, I called my mom crying to come in because my hair was bright orange, lavender and white grey. My mom was so shocked when she walked in that she had to cover her mouth to catch the scream that would have come out. Najwa offered to try and correct my hair the next afternoon, and my mom declined because of what had already happened to my hair.

I used to love my hair, now I hate it. I consulted 3 other professional colorists and It is going to cost close to $1,000 to fix and it will take many months. I tried to be fair and offered for Najwa to pay $265 for the first salon that tried to fix my hair. Najwa refused and told me to negative yelp her if I wanted too. I hope that this doesn't happen to someone else.
