I love this salon. Everyone there is so nice and unpretentious. I went there the first time for correctional coloring, I had had colored my own hair and it turned black, Ahn, the owner, pulled all the black out and made it a wonderful auburn-brown. I went again because I wanted to lighten my hair and again she did a great job, she listened to what I wanted and delivered better than my expectations. As long as I’m in San Jose area this will be the salon I go to.

This unassuming storefront houses great talent. I came to Anh the day after getting possibly the worst haircut imaginable. Anh was able to do an excellent rescue job and has been cutting my hair since. As she is the proprietress, her attention is in high demand: expect her to get called away. But don't let it put you off, she has done beautiful work with my hard to manage hair. Definitely make an appointment, and if you can manage to go on a weekday, it's much less crowded.
