You obviously have an attitude to post something about a business you've never even been to. I personally assume this is posted by a competitor, but in any case, you are making judgment about a business and people that you admittedly have no knowledge of, or experience with. The reviews are all from the same week (not day) because that was when our company joined CitySearch. They ask that you let people know that you can be found on their site. When I did, a few of our customers voluntarily rated us. It does not mean that because they were done within the same timeframe that they must "be a crock" or fake. I take great pride in the customer service and quality products that our company provides. Due to our amazing growth over the years, our customer retention rate and our customer loyalty, I would venture to say that we must be doing something right. We treat our customers the way we want to be treated and we appreciate each and every one of them. It's too bad you never "checked us out" before you made such unnecessary and rude remarks. If you or your company is looking for something original and with a personal touch you should check out Award Depot Inc. The Jacksonville Transportaion Authority uses Award Depot Inc. for its recognition programs/awards and would highly recomend their services for your business or even personal gift giving. They have a wide variety of products to choose from and if they don't have it they will get it. Their management/owners are very customer oriented and will go out of their way to make sure you are happy. Try them once and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
