Bad Experience. She did a really bad job on my eyebrows and my friend's eyebrows. She was kind of crotchedy and the place is a dingy hole in the wall.

Also, I went to see her for positive reviews, but in looking through these again, it appears that people with only one review write most of these, meaning she is probably writing her own positive reviews.

Best eyebrows....period!. Liz at Felicia Gelardi simply is the best eyebrow shaper extraordinaire in SF! My brows have never looked better. The spa is cute and private and very professional. Go now... your brows will thank you for it!

Great Facials and Great Neighborhood Spot!. I have been going to Felicia for about a year now for facials and they are always wonderful. The location is on the quiet part of Chestnut Street so it has a very neighborhood"y" feel with high quality service. Also, I have very sensistive skin and her products are always top notch and I've never had a reaction. My skin glows and feels nourished. There are few that I know of that have the skilled hands she has and she removes blackheads (yes yuck but someones gotta do it). I'm ususally so relaxed that I'm afraid I'm gonna snore. Felicia is also really great at making you feel welcomed and relax, it's such a treat and escape.

Beautiful skin and brows!. I received a great facial from Felicia, but best of all was the job she did on my brows. They looked amazing! She's just fantastic.

Intoxicating Facial Massage. Not only will you melt under Felicia's skilled hands, but your skin will glow for days and thank you for weeks with her expert techniques and product guidance. Felicia..... Felicia is so nice. The salon is cute, nothing fancy, but she made me feel so relaxed during my embarassing waxing appt. She had me laughing the whole time and did a great job. She's also much much faster than the other people I have gone to for waxing. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Felicia Gelardi is the best in the Bay. As a new member into the world of brazilian waxing I was a bit nervous my first time...but there was nothing to be nervous about. Felica did a great job, and I love it! She has also helped me find products that fit my facial needs, and I have enjoyed numerous facials, not to mention, I am walking around with beautiful eyebrows! Thank you Felicia for making me feel great!

The best facial in the city!. The best facial in SF or NYC is from Felicia. She has completely revamped my skin and I could not be more thankful. I recently tried her eyelash tint and she made my lashes look 1,000 feet long. I will be a loyal customer forever.

Excellent service for the price. Owner Felicia helps you feel comfortable right away, even when performing the sometimes uncomfortable treatments. Her facials are peaceful and relaxing and her waxing is the best I have ever had for the most reasonable price I have paid.
