no one helps the customer.. Went in there to go buy handles for a faucet and you gotta wait at the Special Order Desk for about 30 minutes, then they finally show up. People walk by talking to each other, laughing and don't ask to help any customers. They have all those people working there, yet no one helps the customer.

you have to stand around to talk to anybody and wait for hours.. Prices are good, but you have to stand around to talk to anybody and wait for hours.

Finally, when they have to special order the parts for you because they don't have it in stock, you wait, and wait, and by the time it comes, it's the wrong part coz they don't know what they're doing.
