HOTTEST HAPPY HOUR.
all i have to say is the service is 100+ grade A. The hot-tender at happy hour on mondays (short hair, suspenders, scandinavian)... Whoa, she couldnt be any more finer, kinder, and stimulating. With a killer beer and whiskey selection, i wouldnt be anywhere but here, even if i was visiting for a weekend. i love her and i love this place!

Roots music and indie rock take center stage at this Potrero Hill hangout..
In Short
Rib-sticking food, lively atmosphere and live music are all served here. The tattoo-friendly crowd tends to be a reflection of the music being presented onstage--from country to punk. The bar itself is a great place for drinking and displaying one's knowledge of obscure music, while the main attraction is the large patio area, complete with heat lamps, videos projected onto the wall and long picnic tables with benches.

Don't go.
Don't know what happened but it's changed. TP used to be a fun place to go to see bands and meet friends. What happened? I haven't been to TP in a while and went to see a band on Sunday afternoon. SG wannabe bartender was slow and rude, $4 'pints' in 14 oz. plastic cups (and it wasn't that busy, just lazy), staff was indifferent. The band finished at 7p or so and they immediatley kicked us out, of course after they served up another 'pint' 5 min. before!
Another one bites the dust!

Surpirsingly good.
This place surprised me! I have always thought of it as a venue to see great rockabilly and punk, but I have started eating there recently and I have discovered they have GREAT food also. However, do not get the red beans and rice. You can not find real red beans and rice unless you are in Louisiana.

Best Roadhouse Food.
Their pulled pork sandwich is the best one I've had this side of the Mississippi. I highly recommend the catfish too.
