USF students and neighbors are blessed to have such a top-rate facility at their disposal. Since most students would rather sleep in than go for an early morning workout, the gym is pleasantly uncrowded in the morning. Koret boasts an impressive 50-meter swimming pool, which is usually divided width-wise into 16 25-yard lanes. Occupying the west wall of the gym, Cardiovascular Alley contains numerous stationary bikes, versaclimbers, rowers, treadmills and elliptical machines.
