The Place To Be. I don't understand why the other reviews from people who do not want to go out and have a good time are complaining about? This place is the spot to be at, Friday or Saturday, it's no comparison to any other night life spots. The place is so decked out with beautiful chandeliers, plushed out red velvet booths, fascinating interaction with the bar staff (midnight free alcohol shots poured, compliments of the club), over the top customer service from all working staff and the music is so diverse and creative. If you haven't been here before you have to experience yourself, the place makes Coyote Ugly looks UGLY!

Not what I expected. My girlfriends and I went there on Saturday to celebrate a birthday. The crowd was full of sloppy drunks. There were broken glasses on the ground, the floor was sticky and wet and the dress code was not enforced (mostly with the men). The men were not good looking at all and most of them were super sleazy. The bouncers at the front door were turning people away and were really rude to some people. I expected a lot more and unfortunately they didn't deliver.

Failed to Mention/Watch Out!. My friends and I decided to have our graduation party at Rouge (Secret Party thrown by Ali). The email correspondence was great and the party promoter informed us that we would get 2 free bottles of champagne and dropped the bottle service for the table from 2-4. He told us bottles were around $150+. When we were trying to close out our bar bill they inflated the bottle price to $300 and presented us with two different bills for the table. The promoter (Ali) didn't step in and refused to deal with the situation. He instead let the person at the club inflate the rate. They never presented us with a menu and the evening turned out to be wack. Watch out for the club. Get your agreement in writing and be careful with your credit cards. I didn't read the other review about them giving away someone's ID/credit card. Would have been helpful to know this in advance.

Not a great place for dancing and dringking. I went to rouge because of the good review, and it looked interesting from the outside. When i went inside i already felt the boring vibe, it was not a good lounge. The decoration is horrible, the bathroom was dirty, and the music is boring. The most dissapointment for me was the bartender and the music. The bartender was rude and not comfortable to ask for drinks. The music was not up to date and the beat was horrible, sometimes they played good music and suddenly the next one was slow and old, it was a downer for dancing, and add to that the dancing place was small. If you want to have a really good experience for your weekend, I really don't recommend this place.

Great if you want them to give your credit card and id to a stranger!. I would NEVER EVER EVER go to this place! They gave my credit card and id to a stranger....made me stand there while they looked for it, and never even gave me a drink! This little excursion took an hour of my night. Not to mention they kept telling me that they gave it back and I lost it. HA! This place could be run better by my dog. Thankfully the gentlemen who had my id and credit card returned it to the bar, never once did they say sorry for this HUGE mess up. NEVER GO THERE!!!!! You have been warned.

Fun place to dance. This is a great place to dance, but it can get crowded. The bouncers swear they are all that but as long as you are dressed right, they won't harass you. It can get annoying when the girls dance on the bar when your trying to buy your drinks. Sometimes though the girls that work there will get on the bar and pour bottles of liquor in your mouth, good way to get free liquor. Everytime i went there I always had a good time danceing up a storm because they always play good music.

Rouge- Has the Formula for Exceptional Club. Hi Ya'll -

What makes for a great club experience? It's simple.

A) DJ knowd what hell he is doing! Plays records that current and some older hits; fast and slow. Hip-hop and some rock

B) Ample room for dancing! And people are dancing! Because the DJ's experienced and the drink are flowing.

C)Next, the bartenders give you your drink without the presence of EGO. Keeping you liquored-up.

D) Staff at least act like your important for that nite. It's called service. Even the attendent in the men's rest was cool brotha.

Anyway, its comedown to the service; its was professional and on point. It kinna reminded me of Vegas on smaller scale, cause I aint have to wait in the line of 2 hours! ah!

So, go Rouge to party. If you can't have good time there then you dont know how to have good time pimpin. I might have my birthday party there. Ok, I'm done. Hope this review help.

Amazing bartenders !!!!!. Amazing night , we trive on people watching , rouge batrenders are the most fasinating mixers I ve seen in along time . Great drinks , fun to watch and real gem for the city nightlife . Laura and Sarah are the hottetest bartenders out there.

Amazing Happy hour on thursdays and fridays 2 $ drinks with great Tacos and a cute tatooed bartender

Thank good I had free passes. Cuase it is not worth the $20 the try to charge.... I do have to say alot of girls.. so so drinks.. VIP service is fine.. it does get over crowded.. and you do run the risk of gettign harrased @ the door by the Cheesy Black suit bouncers.. Like the music cause they play mostly Hip hop and not some crappy house or high energy junk... Have been several times.. and most likely keep going once in a while

Give Me A Break!!!. I went out to Rouge for a fun club night with some friends and felt like I'd taken a wrong turn off the Jersey Turnpike. Although this club aspires to be upscale its more like a bad music video. I had to wait in line for way longer than necessary while watching the bouncers in their cheesy black suits harass people for no reason. Once I got inside I was confused about what the wait had been for. I basically paid a cover to buy overpriced drinks at an 18 and over club. The bar was cheesy and the crowd was even more so. Don't go to Rouge!!!
