They should have just provided the gown fitting.
My daughter bought her wedding gown from this store in 1997. She's very independent and was dead set on her and her now husband paying for everything for the wedding.
Well, she got married in Kauai and picked-out a sleeveless gown from this store, which I admit was very beautiful. It was priced right too, under $500.
The bad part was that they took her measurements, charged her for this service, then when the time arrived, gave her a gown that was a "second" or something, because the torso portion was incredibly long, seemingly freakish long!
Since my daughter was on a strict budget, she had to hire an outside seamstress to "fix" the problem, because if she had the repair done there, it would have cost over $1500! It costed my daughter close to $1K anyway, and we're just sorry she was made miserable by this place.
They should have just provided the gown fitting her measurements in the first place!

Worst store I have ever shopped at!!. This store is terrible. They are inflexible. They are rude. Do not ever order anything from them. Do not buy anything from them.
