Great place to go for snacks & drinks... – This is a great place to go for reasonably priced cocktails & eats. Love the martinis in general. Huge fan of their lemon drop martini. But the food is good to. The salad of arugula is great, as well as the calamari and frito misto appetizers and the warm salad of fingerling potatoes.
Cosmania – Good food, (try the day boat scallops) cool bar scene, friendly host, and servers. All at a reasonable price. This hidden gem in the Rincon Center is a must visit for locals and tourists.
Made-To-Order – I've been to The Cosmopolitan Cafe for happy hour and enjoyed great apps, drinks, fun music and dynamic people. Going to dinner there with my husband was even better -- we had a top-notch dinner with incredible wines and finished off the romantic night with made-to-order cobbler. Highly recommend ...
simply sophisticated – I have been to Cozmo's corner many times & enjoyed each visit. So when I tried the Cosmopolitan Cafe for my first visit I was expecting excelence. My expectations were exceeded and my companions were impressed with my choice for the evening. What surprised me the most was the elagence and sophistication of food, ambience, and service that was balanced by a simple and generous approach to dining. The Heirloom salad was giant and so wonderfully dressed I could have had two more as my entree. The wine list is extensive and reasonably priced. However, my favorite part of my meal was the banana gillette (to die for) as desert. I recomend the Cosmopolitan Cafe highly for it's comfort and elagence -- I will be returning.
A Great Night Out in S.F. – I am very impressed with the staff at this restaurant. They are professional and very aproachable. Great wine list of hard to get CA wines and perfectly executed food. A great evening from beginning to end.
Great Service – If you are having dinner here please ask for Chayse. He made our night one of the best dining experiences in the city. Overall a very helpful and friendly staff. Great food and wine list too.
Very Nice – The food was absolutely delicious and the wine list is one of the best California based lists that I have seen.
very attentive and caring service.
Fun and Easy to Get To – A fun, lively place for drinks and dinner, especially convenient after work downtown.
