VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL STAFF. GOOD SELECTION OF STYLES--ALTHOUGH KINDA' EXPENSIVE. BEEN GOING THERE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS...I LIKE 'EM A LOT :)
Pros: NICE/FRIENDLY STAFF, GOOD SELECTION FRAMES
Cons: CAN BE EXPENSIVE

The initial service was good. After 2 weeks of not receiving a call that my new glasses were ready, I gave them a call..."we cracked the lenses". Then 1 more week..."we cracked them again"...I'm still waiting....
