Great time at Napa

Breathtaking visit.

Our small group turned to Pep for a day-long tour into the Napa wine country. From the moment she picked us up, we felt we knew Pep because we had started to communicate a month before the trip. She listened to our request about … particular wineries ... private tastings … short tour of one winery … etc. She even included a short visit to a different tasting – olive oil; also, Pep picked up the food for our picnic during one of our wine tastings so that we didn't lose any time. Would definitely call Alegro Private Tours on my next visit.

Pep knows her stuff and is customer oriented.

Wonderful Experience!!!

There are no words to describe how wonderful this company is. Pep, our tour guide was extremely professional and knowledgeable. We were on a mother daughter trip, visiting San Fransisco, and she was wonderful. We saw many sites and learned many interesting things. She was very well organized, a pleasure to be with. She even went as far to make us reservations for lunch, at a wonderful location. She also recommended other sites for us, while were in San Fransisco. When ever I return to San Fransisco, I will call her again, and would not think twice about it! Best tour I have ever been on.

Excellent customer service

We had an amazing time in San Francisco. Our sightseeing trip with Pep was our very first morning and we saw in a few short hours all the must-see spots in the area. Along with the history and color of each neighborhood, Pep provided suggestions for restaurants and additional sights where we could return and explore later in our trip. We loved the city. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour. We truly appreciated Pep and her personal service. We would not hesitate to call Pep on our next visit to San Francisco –and, we will be back!

Pep's Perfect Picnics!

Pep organized two separate tours for us - Napa and Sonoma. After reading her reviews we figured we would be okay just telling her what we liked and letting her take us around - the only thing we stipulated was that we would enjoy picnic lunches and a tasting at Cakebread. She took care of absolutely everything! Not only did she succeed in finding wines that we liked, she also knew which tasting rooms we could simply walk in, and which required appointments. Our scheduled tour of Cakebread was at lunch time - so while we were there, Pep went off and picked up some great picnic items for us - we couldn't have done it better ourselves! And she certainly knows the best picnic spots! It was quite amazing - eating lunch with a great bottle of wine, in a beautiful garden, overlooking the vine covered rolling hills of California's wine country! Breathtaking!

Great Napa Tour!!

I recently used Pep on a 7 hour tour in Napa and she was absolutely wonderful. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area , the various wineries, and wine in general. She make s great recommendations on what wineries to visit based on what experience you are looking for. She'll even ask the wineries for wines not on their tasting menu if she think it's worth trying. She is reasonably priced and provides grade A service. She is happy to take pictures of your group as well so you can capture the experience. I would use her again.
