Deeee-lish. Went for the first time last night... Everything we ordered was delicious. We had their special cosmos with pomegranate juice (better than a traditional cosmo!), the goat cheese fondue, the sea bass, and the pork cutlet. Amazing. I wouldn't exactly call this home cooking (I don't know anyone who regularly cooks like that) but the ingredients weren't too fancy, so I guess that's what people mean by home cooking? Anyway, after reading so many negative reviews about the service, I expected the worst, and was pleasantly surprised. It was attentive, but unobtrusive. We were so happily stuffed from the appetizers and entree that we didn't get to the do-it-yourself s'mores, but we'll order those next time... and there will definitely be a next time... in fact, I can't wait to go back!

Excellent comfort food. Luna Park has a small selection of dishes on the menu but all are really good. We had the tuna poke which I think is the best I've had yet. The fondue was so-so, so I don't suggest you order it. But most of the entrees such as the Hot-Spicy Chicken and the Seabass are very yummy. And the prices are affordable, imagine that! But you MUST make reservations if you go.

so-so this time. i went back to luna park for the third time and i was a little disapointed. the service was very good. i thought our waitstaff was awesome! but i thought the food was just okay. it tasted like good home cooking but not very inspired. the noise level is definitely a bomb. I could barely hear my bf who was 2 feet away from me.

Excellent!. This is serious home cooking, and it's great. Certainly suggest making a reservation because it gets crowded, for good reason. The service was perfect. Plenty of time to finish appetizers at our own pace before the meal was delivered. In fact, it was only seconds after having the appetizer plates cleared, our entrees arrived. We had a great time, and it didn't empty my wallet. Recommended!

$15.00 for soda. I went to Luna Park after reading the rave reviews on Citysearch. Although the food was good, I was a little upset with being charged $15 for soda after I already paid $60 for the food (for three people). We ordered soda at the begining of the meal and was asked by the waiter if we wanted a refill. We said yes, but we were never told that we were going to be charged for each refill. After bring this to the managers attention we were told that most restaurants have this pratice. Well I have never been charged at Bix, Enricos, Harry Denton's or even TGI Fridays. Because they were unwilling to deduct the extra drinks from our menu they have now lost a customer who eats out at least four times a week. All for a 25 cent drink.

Yummy grub in the Mission!. We had a great dinner there last night. I'm glad we had reservations, though, because the wait looked awful by the time we left. Our salads, which we had several to choose from were excellent, and our entrees and desserts were great as well. Try the s'mores; they're yummy!

Very, very good.. Luna Park has great food and is a fun place. We celebrated a friends birthday at Luna Park on a Saturday night. The place was very full but the staff was great to us.

Thank you.
