We made reservations for 6 a week beforehand, and received a call the next Tuesday that our reservations had been cancelled because a party of 40 had come in. No real apology or explanation given. Very disappointing.

Dined at Jianna last night, and it was perfectly fine. Exceptional appetizers followed by two entrees that were good, but not top-tier good, despite nearly-top-tier prices. The service was pleasant and efficient. The interior was nice, but not cozy enough to be romantic, not stylish enough to be unique. The entire experience reminded me a little of a mini-One Market - a pretty good meal in a nice but boring space. Good for business dinners but not up to snuff for a special occasion. Finally, the wines by the glass were odd selections (Sauvignon Blanc from Chile? Cab from the North Coast?), but they were really quite good - hopefully the staff can sell to the wary.

Cons: Not a good value, Boring interior
