The View is Amazing. The view up there is amazing you can see the whole San Francisco skyline. We took the bus (37 Corbett) so it was a little trek going up there but it was worth it. It is very windy here so be careful not to stand on the ledge. I like the views that I get here far better than from the Coit tower.
In a city famous for its views, this panoramic vista is not to be missed..
In Short
San Francisco truly glows in the dark, so pick a clear evening to watch it light up the night sky. At the most-traveled point, there is a direct view down Market Street, straight into downtown. Off in the distance lurks Berkeley and to the right is the industrial sprawl of South SF. Don't forget to take a look through the coin-operated binoculars for a closer view.
True San Francisco. If you want to truly experiene the THRILL of San Francisco, THIS is the pace to do it. The view is the most breathtaking one I have ever encountered and you will remain exhilirated for hours afterwards. Tip: Wear a windbreaker....it is VERY windy at the top!!!
spectacular. You can see almost all of SF from here. The Bay Bridge, Golden Gate, Bay and Ocean. It's truly amazing, and, a great spot for visitors. I'm definitely going to bring my family up here when they visit.
The ocean and the bay. One of the few places in SF where you can see the ocean and the bay at the same time!! On a clear day, the most breathtaking view in the city.
a must-see for visitors. I visited San Fran last month and it was a beautiful day on Twin Peaks. It's a really amazing view of the city. Can't wait to go back!
