Preferred flower shop. I used to live in SF and this was my preferred flower shop. Anyone who has walked in this place will see the freshness and variety of flowers. I, unlike others, have had nothing but good experience with flowers here. I am in the military and constantly travel, but my family is in SF and if I need flowers, I call Urban Flowers, order specifics, and they make it happen. I have had plenty of encounters with bad flowers, this isn?t one! Speak to the owner, great guy who likes what he does and is willing to help! Highly recommended!

Terrible Customer Service. Like in previous reviews, I ordered some flowers to be delivered only to find out from the receiver that the flowers never arrived. When I called to get a confirmation on the delivery the owner just gave me the run around. I recommend you find another florist with a better track record.

Editorial Review. Well-priced cut flowers, like dahlias and roses, are the draw at this modest neighborhood florist in the Castro.

They made the flowers for my wedding. And I was really happy of the result. They didn't charge me twice because it was a wedding. They let me choose the colors I liked. I wanted a yellow bride bouquet. They show me what I could get, helped me choose, and helped me finding beautiful table arrangements without ruining my budget. They did do well I could had one extra flower girl dress from the savings. Thank you so much, this little girl was very happy.

They were here on time for the wedding, with very fresh flowers. I kept the table at home for more than a week after that and I enjoyed it very much indeed.

They also have a very good choice of flowers, if you are bored with lilies, daisies , and roses, they will certainly have something for a change.

I'll come back for sure.

horrible florist...AVOID at ALL COST. Thyis is a horrible company that not only delivers flowers LATE and HALF DEAD but then they say taht they can not offer refunds and only can TRY to send new ones. They are impossible to deal with. I had to call 6 TIMES before finally gettting to speak with a very short and rude individual who said she could do nothing to help me. I will never use them again and I urge everyone else to never use them. Spread the word!

beautiful flowers. i sent some flowers to my friends opening shop party and the arrangement was beautiful, the best i have seen in a long time. i thought it was beautiful and organic. i really like this florist. i reccomend them all the time and have not once failed me.

Ruined Reception. Urban Flowers did not bother to show up or deliver to my reception. When I called, the person I talked to told ME to call back in ten minutes while he attempted to locate the owner. The answer he finally got from the owner was "I forgot." They ruined the reception and were unprofessional and unremorseful. Do not count on them.
