Great Service and Reasonable Prices. I accidentally scheduled to go in on a holiday and it was pretty busy, but I still received amazing service and more! I opted for their regular massage and it started with a foot bath and a heated blanket. The massage was awesome and even though my appointment started late, I got the full 60 minutes. Right after, I had an essential manicure appt and due to the holiday, the place was packed. So I was upgraded to the spa manicure where I got to sit in a private room, on an amazing reclining chair with heated gloves. Overall, it was a great experience and a much needed get away despite the crowd. I personally wanted to attend on a quiet day to absorb the tranquility. The massage was great but the manicure was not the best. My polish started chipping the next day. And the manicurist didn't give me what I wanted. It was hard to see what she was doing because the spa manicure entailed a heated, scented towel placed over your eyes. It was amazing experience, made you more of what was happening to your fingers with the absence of your sight. But would not go again for a manicure. Also I was slightly pressured to buy a product by my manicurist. Overall, still a good experience!

Best stress free spa. My girlfriend and I decided to try the spa out and it was heavenly. The entire atmosphere was very tranquil and we took our time thru each process. We loved the foot soak and my massage was extremely relaxing. We decided that we need to come back asap!!!

Fabulous Spa. I decided to try out this spa with a friend becasue it is convienently located, and I could spend some time shopping afterwards. My experience highly exceded my simple expectations. I had a facial, pedicure, and massage, all of which were performed by very friendly and knowledgeable therapists. My services began with a complimentary warm, soothing foot bath and heated herbal neck wrap. It was so relaxing and the perfect way to begin my treatments. The pedicures at this spa are unlike anything I've ever experienced. They have these wonderful chairs that recline backwards in private rooms which are so relaxing that I fell asleep. My esthetician reccommended products to me by the Leaf and Rusher skincare line that have dramatically improved my skin condition. I can't say enough great things about this spa!!! If you want expert therapists and great products, you should definately check this place out.

Best Brows. After moving from a salon that had wonderful skill but terrible service, I found Mamone Kaminski to be a breath of fresh air. She really does a wonderful job quickly but without making you feel rushed, and the rest of the staff is friendly as well. Mamone also has done facials for me, and they've always been great. The atmosphere of the salon itself, however, is only average - don't go expecting ultra-luxe accomodations because while comfortable, it does feel like it needs a renovation.

Great Spa. Spa offers a large variety of services at reasonable rate for a downtown salon. Easy to get to by public transportation or car. Very good customer service.

Rash!!!. I had a facial from one of their facialist a few months ago and it gave me a really, really bad rash!!!

If you have sensitive skin better be careful. They claim that all products used was for sensitive skin but I seriously doubt it!
