The two stars are all for the desserts. It is not a place to go and be creative. If it's a dessert don't eat it. Employees are not about "service with a smile." I tried to return a sandwitch and it turned into a debate over what was considered to be a good sandwitch. I didn't get my money back and was forced to call back when the manager came in. You have to pay to use the internet at this place. This place is conceeded. They rely on the reputation of their desserts to keep customers. I wouldn't go here if you are looking to relax and have a hassle free time. And bring cash.

Pros: Desserts

Cons: Everything else

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

Tart to Tart is the cutest dessert shop and great for grabbing a bite with friends. They have a huge assortment of pastries and everything I've tried is delicious (especially the cookies and fruit tarts). There are also food options, ice cream, and a variety of drinks (I love their hot chocolate). They don't rush you out so you can relax as long as you want, and the outdoor seating is prime for people-watching. Also, unlike most coffee and dessert places, they are open really late! This place is quite a find.

Pros: food, desserts, location, atmosphere

Cons: can get crowded, seating is limited
