In Short – To reach this big open area, fun-seekers cross (or go underneath) Kezar Drive from the western end of Haight Street. The meadow is made up of two grassy areas separated by trees and a walkway. Most sunny days, it fills with sunbathers, a musician or two, and at least one guy with a footbag. It's the kind of place where spontaneous games of ultimate frisbee could break out at any moment.

Really, really good place to meet nice people!

Nice place to run, and run, and keep running to forget everything!
There is a choice of pavement, dirt on the upper level, or even more dirt on the secluded side a little higher up. I picked the secluded dirt track and found it pretty a enjoyable place. They have wooden stretching bars to help you stretch.
Really, really good place to meet nice people!
