Editorial Review for Hotel Andra – by Citysearch Editors

In Short
Significant renovations by new owners have turned this once understated hotel into a Belltown hot spot that's hard to miss. The lobby is a virtual hipster hangout with retro-mod furniture, bright colors and progressive pop music playing in the background. Soothing khaki paint jobs and minimalist furnishings with an upscale, arty feel give the 119 rooms a Euro-Northwest appeal.

I was married in August and my bridesmaids chose Hotel Andra to stay at for the night before my wedding. The staff was so accomadating in helping line up rooms for us girls. They were understanding to us running in and out on last minute errands and helped with a large number of bags and requests. My photographer even temporarily rearranged the lobby for photos. The staff was accomadating in finding a private place for our "first sight" photos. It was more than I (and the girls) could have planned for and asked for. We had a wonderful time and would highly reccomend this hotel.

We stayed here for our anniversary and loved it. The hotel is beautifully updated. I loved the room decor. Awesome colors and designs. Finally someone got modern right! The people are so nice and helpful. From the second we walked in to the second we left, they made us feel so important. The location was great. We were able to park the car and walk! So refreshing! The Belltown nightlife is right there! I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: charming vintage-like rooms

Cons: vintage rooms = smaller rooms
