Great Service Good Prices. These guys did a great job for me. I have a BMW with the runflat tires and they know the products and knew how to handle my car with care. I checked several places before my purchase because these are $$$ expensive tires and their prices were really competitive. Prompt service and they knew how to reset my tire pressure system, too. I'll be back for sure.

Never Again! Bad policy on damaged tires.. I bought a set of four new tires from them and six months later I ran over a small sharp piece of metal that ruined my tire. When I checked with H & J to see if they could pro rate the tire and give me some credit towards a new one they told me that I did not pay extra to get road hazard insurance. Thats funny, NOT. They didn't tell me when I bought the tires that I had an option for that. Then a few weeks later I notice a big bubble on the side wall of another one of my six month old tires from them. This has got to be a factory defect. I never hit anything and I am the only driver. Once again they told me sorry I must have hit something to cause the bubble and I would have to pay full price for another new tire. I go to Cosco now where you can get the same thing for less money and you always get road hazzard as part of the price.

Not the best. I took my car in there after the front wheel had been hit and they said that they could fix it and my car would run like new. Well the car has never run the same and the alignment seems to be permanantly damaged. One of the workers also broke me gas cap while i was there and i actually put it back together in 2 seconds right in front of him and i said its not broken anymore. When i took my car in the other day the guys seemed to have attitude and when i left my stereo wasn't working. I would say that everyones there needs a little more training and i would try to take me car o the best place possible. H&J is right up there with most the car places i have been to. Not very good.

OK prices. My experience has been bad attitudes with workers there. Don't seem to care about their customer relationships. Very indifferent with questions and answers need second opinions.

Excellent tire and general automotive shop. I called H&J tire late on a Saturday afternoon got a quote of $25 for tire repair for what I thought was a puncture. Based on the other quotes I received that is about market price.

Went to the store the same afternoon at about 1/2 hour before closing. Turns out that the problem wasn't a puncture but corrosion on the rim. They used a grinder to remove the corrosion form the rim, and they removed a nail from another tire that wasn't leaking. They spent nearly an hour fixing all of this and resetting tire pressure alarm.

John, the owner, presented a bill for $13. I complained that the bill was too low. John said he did not have to plug a hole so that is why he reduced the price. The work was worth more than $13.

John said that he does brakes, wheel alignment, tune ups, and oil changes. I gave him only four stars because I haven't yet used his other services. He certainly gave five star service today.

John and his staff were competent, pleasant, and professional. I will use John at H & J the next time I have an automotive need that he can fulfill.

Quick and nice. I had a leak that had to be plugged. The customer servive guy was courteous and proffessional. They worked on the tire right away (w/o appt). And finished in about 15 min.
