The Best Firewood and Customer Service.
This was my first purchase of firewood. I really didn;t know what to look for but when I found Neros website is was very informative. I called and left a message after hours and received a prompt call the next morning by Michelle. She was so helpful and answered all my questions. I drove up that day and purchased my wood. It was loaded into my car and Michelle explained the 3 different types of wood, how to use them and I was on my way.
I came home, followed her perfect instructions on how to build a perfect fire, and viola. What a difference good wood makes- not only does it give off a ton of heat but it burns for a long time. I will never waste my money and purchase store bought wood again. I will continue to purchase and refer Neros again and again.
Call Michelle, she is the best.
