Most adorable coffee place!. I was visiting Northern CA and had to stop for a bathroom break on the way to San Francisco airport. We stopped at the little town Navato and stopped at Dr. Insomnia's Coffee Tea Cafe. I walked in to the best smelling, freshly baked scones, happy faces and a live band. It was a coffee drinkers heaven.

Best Coffee In Novato and wonderful outdoor back patio seating. Very flavorful coffee beverages. Try their Mocha very good. The way they make the Latte is delicious. Several very unique and tastey beverages. A breath of fresh air from most other coffee shops. Worth the effort of going out of your way.

incredibly great coffee. coffee and their gourmet scones are fantastic. Friendly sincere service with a smile and a very clean yet rustic ambiance.
