Great service. I phoned the Bikini Hut looking for a hard to find intimate apparel item and was pleased when I was told they had the item. I was treated like an old friend and they even agreed to hold the item for me until I could get there to pick it up; no questions asked.

I have worked in customer care for about 15 years now and am especially attuned to the quality of service I receive when it's ME needing assitance. I can tell you from experience that Bikini Hut is definately a step above the rest!
