Love my new stereo!. Neil, the owner, walked me through from step one. My new car stereo system sounds amazing. The job was done professionally and clean. I would recommend Autosonics to anytime.

Very unprofessional and unprepared. I made an appointment on a Tuesday for an installation to take place on Saturday morning. I rearranged my entire day around the appointment which is 30 minutes away and show up at 9am. When I arrive, the owner DOES NOT RECOGNIZE ME, DOES NOT HAVE THE PARTS FOR MY JOB, NOR DOES HE HAVE AN INSTALLER TO THE DO THE WORK! He did not take take the time to call me the day before to confirm he was prepared or would have to reschedule; he was very impolite when apologizing about my situation and did not offer to help me out in any way. After this upsetting experience, I would not conisder calling this company again, there are dozens of auto stereo shops in the area to choose from, so be careful who you trust. This one is obviously not in business to serve customers, but more likely as a hobby or part time. I contacted MASA in San Rafael on my way back home and received a fax estimate from them on my vehicle in less than 15 minutes.
