Go some place else to buy a ford My boyfriend and I went to buy a c-max last week at Journey Ford and had the worst experience of our lives. After spending time without sales person we met with Paula who said she was the General Sales Manager. I cannot believe the “gay slurs” that came out of her mouth. You would think being in Marin County the dealership would be more “gay” friendly but they were not. I totally find it hardtop believe what came out of her mouth. I would recommend not going to that dealership, you would think they would be more understanding considering the dealerships owner.

couldn't have been better. The courtesy and communication of the service advisors couldn't have been better. I love my service advisor Fran! He is the best. I will continue to make the drive all the way from Fairfield to this business just because of him.
