Excellent customer service

When my glass door to my bedroom broke I called Old Town Glass. They came over that day and gave me a very reasonable quote. I was given a realistic timeline and they were so freindly. As promised the glass came in on time and was put in hassle free. There were no surprise fees at the end of the job. The glass technician was prompt and professional. Everything from my initial phone call into their office to the completion of the glass service was done in a very pleasant way.

Great Door Installers

I had Old Town Glass install a bathroom window and while I was in their shop I asked about interior doors. I didn't know they installed doors but they have a huge selection and many brands to choose from. I picked out my exterior and interior doors and then they installed them. Everything occurred in a timely manner and they were very helpful and courteous.

From start to finish they were amazing to work with. They took care of me and my house! I would work with them again and again. Go in and see what they can do for your home.

I have worked with other large companies like Home Depot but they contract all their work out. If you want a one stop shop this is the place to go. Great company

I will never do business with this outfit again and warn you aginst them!

I gave O.T.G. a second chance after the first security door they installed for me proved to be defective and had to be repaired (the hinges sheared off) Things went from bad to worse when I had them install a second security door on another unit - it didn't fit because they took the wrong measurements, resulting in another long wait for a replacement. The replacement door was then installed wrong (it can't be opened from the outside!) and now I have to deal with getting them to make it right. What a nightmare!
