Rebutal to sf31. sf31 review is bogus because she never used our service. She wanted her mother to send a deposit to reserve a Rolls Royce for her Wedding Day. We asked her if she wanted to reserve with her own credit card in order to confirm the reservation. She insisted to wait for her Mother's deposit which never arrived. We timely rented to another Bride on a first come first serve basis and Mrs. sf31 is blaming us for her short sighted delay. We never had any agreement to provide her with any service. It should be fair to set the facts straight and post the rebutal. Sal.

Outstanding service. I chose Sausalito Limousine based on a referral from The Inn Above Tide in Sausalito. We met friends from Texas for a weekend together, Sausalito Limousine provided transportation for each of the three days.

Day one, I requested a sedan transfer from SFO to the Inn. To our surprise they upgraded the car to a beautiful limousine. Day two was an ALL day trip which began with a winery picnic in Sonoma, sightseeing around S.F. ending with dinner and a return back to Sausalito. We were so impressed by the driver's knowledge of the area and the convenience their service added to our getaway that we requested a last minute change from a sedan airport transfer to a full day limousine for our final day. Without hesitation Sal from their dispatch center made these changes.

Our experience from beginning to end far exceeded our expectations. The cars were impeccably clean, there were fresh picked flowers in vases, stocked with Pellegrino, sodas, wine, champagne, water and even an ice chest in anticipation of our needs for the Sonoma picnic. The drivers were highly professional and arrived on time each day.

Sausalito Limousine is a professional business and I confidently recommend their service.

Avoid at all costs. Sal (the owner) is untrustworthy. I would NEVER recommend this limo service to anyone in the Bay Area. They do have reasonable prices, but it's not worth it having to deal with them. Their customer service is terrible. I mailed in my deposit and that still didn't hold my date with them - they called me later and said they had no cars available. They're completely undependable.

Dishonest. Tried to ruin my wedding. Hired them for my wedding. We paid the contract upfront + gratuity.

On the wedding day, the driver goes to my father and says he refuses to drive w/o a CC payment & a blank SIGNED CC slip for overtime

It's the DAY of my wedding so he complies

Remember that I've already fully paid+tip.

At our photo spots, the driver gets in the way of the camera man, disrupting their shots to get his own.

At the end he takes gratuity from my best man who doesn't know I've already paid.

The next day, my wife calls to ask about the gratuityx2. The company hangs up on her saying, "Not my problem, talk to the driver"

Then we ask for our blank CC receipt back and are told "Your event was 2 weeks ago. Im busy with clients.Not even sure if we still have it."

Avoid at all costs.
