I love Paystar!. I switched from ADP to Paystar a few years ago and I could not be happier with my decision.

As a small local business, they are able to offer incredible customer service. Their company policy is that someone always answers the phone. In 3 years, I have never gotten voicemail. Not only that, but everyone who answers knows me personally and knows my business. The employees are competent and have great customer service skills.

That said - everyone makes mistakes, and Paystar has made some with my account. In every instance where a mistake was made, they admitted it, took responsibility and immediately fixed it. In instances where other payroll companies would have left it all on me, Paystar took charge.

Ultimately, the success of any business comes from the top down. At the heart of Paystar is the owner Clay. He is an honest businessman with a heart of gold. He is devoted to his business and devoted to his customers (one year he hand-delivered my company's Christmas bonuses just to be sure they wouldn't be delayed in the mail!).

This is an example of what companies should be like! They are genuinely concerned with the quality of their service and of the well-being of their customers. They are competitively priced and do a great job. Switch your payroll service today!
