Holly Nails. Seeking a steady local place - NOT HERE! Went in asking for a "gel" is what I've been told I'd need to redo past "fills". Did not get cuticle care and, when asked why? Reply: Oh, that's a "manicure" and cost more! Duh! Why wasn't I told before heading out the door? Did I ask for cost? I wanted a proper French gel manicure and then, to top it off, was put under a regular dryer when I've always had the special lighting container to "hard" dry my gel do. This place is under new management and I'll wait for it to change hands again. Doubt they'll get many returns doing this shabby work.
