Great takeout! Don't plan on eating in!. There is basically no seating at Lili Kai save a few formica tables. very depressing and yet lit by screamingly bright flourescent lights. BUT- they do a brisk business in takeout. So brisk that I wonder if the awful interior is intentional. The food is fresh and well prepared. I've gotten takeout here at least ten times (and i live in San Rafael) recently and never had an off dish.
