OWNER FLIPPED ME OFF!. I was unloading boxes out of my car, and another customer said he almost bumped into my hatchback. The other customer wasn't that upset, but the owner decided to butt in, WHILE he was talking on his cell phone. He said some hostile things to me about needing to watch myself, and when I responded, he talked over me saying he was on the phone. I said, 'Then why are you talking to ME?" at which point, he flipped me off!

STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY I BROUGHT IN AN ORDER TO BE SHIPPED TO NY THEY WERE TO GET CARD FROM CLIENT FIRST SO "AFTER" THEY PACKED THE ORDER THEY CALLED ONLY TO BE DENIED THE CREDIT CARD # THEY THEN INFORM ME I CAN NOT HAVE MY ITEMS BACK TILL I PAY FOR THE CLIENTS CHARGES ,THEY HELD MY THINGS " HOSTAGE" , THEY DONT GET THAT THEY SHOULD HAVE CALLED THE CLIENT TO SECURE PAYMENT BEFORE PACKING, SEEMS VERY BASIC!!! SMALL CLAIMS HERE WE COME!!!!! ITEMS VALUE 24000. IF WE LOOK AT THE SO CALLED POSITIVE REVIEW IT MENTIONS PEOPLE TREATING RENEE AND ERICKA "VERY" DISRESPECTFULLY, WHAT WOULD MAKE SOMEONE BEHAVE THIS WAY? COULD IT BE UNPROFESSIONAL,RUDE,INCOMPETENCE

Efficent and Promt Service.
I use this particular location every time i want to ship something. The employees are efficient and they tend to my every need. They let me know which way is the best way to ship something and how it should be packed. Yes sometimes it maybe pricey to ship things this way but I really like the employees there. Renee and Ericka are the best at what they do. When they see me they know exactly who I am and help me right away, I don't even think that these two ladies have a mean spirited bone in their bodies. I have seen customers treat them very disrespectfully when i was there. They handled it beautifully, they were calm and didn't even flinch.
If you need something packed and shipped I would recommend going to this store and seeing either one of these ladies to help you with something.
