Best Sushi! Best Price! Best Service!. If you haven't had sushi at King of The Roll then you're missing out. I think it's the best place to have sushi in Marin County!

Delicious!. King of the roll is the most superb restaurant for sushi that there is in Marin. The rolls are colossal, durable and spectacular in quality! The rolls are easily affordable and the service is wonderful. The top sushi chef, John Wayne, was so nice, he offered us a delicious "Salmon Skin Salad." It was crunchy, yet didn't stick on my teeth! I was so grateful for his generosity, I went there for more than 2 yrs. I highly recommend the Dragon Roll, Flower Roll, and most of all, the Rainbow roll.

Used to be Good. I have been here twice before and it was good. This time though, it seems in their popularity, they have cut many corners in quality and skill of the food - not to mention service.

The miso soup tasted tinny, the rolls were wrapped poorly. Some weird fish was in the spider roll with the softshell crab. The bath room is somewhere in an alleyway. Literally, everything except the tempura tasted awful (including the sweet potato roll - how do you mess up miso soup anyway?).

I was served my rolls 20 minutes after my girlfriend got her bento box. I complained about the spider roll and the chef got upset and said we could pay half price. He even came out on the patio to look at me. I wasn't asking for a free meal, just saying it was sub-par. The roll was not discounted on the check.
