Salon One Day Spa

Unprofessional & Overpriced. I've tried Salon One twice now, both negative. While charging spa prices ($35 for a manicure and up), the atmosphere and staff are unprofessional. I was called hours before my appt and asked to come early b/c it was a "slow day" and the staff wanted to go home early. During my treatment, the manicurists daughter was running all around the spa while the owners gossiped -- loudly -- behind the front desk. It was loud and very un-spa like. For the prices, the owners ought to provide a more professional environment and service. They were unfriendly and unapologetic about any aspect of the experience. This is my second bad experience there in three years.…
