they got the revised video to us pretty quickly.. We got married in July at Sts Peter and Paul Catholic Church and The City Club.  We hired them because our planner recommended them.  Hiring the video was the one job that I had.

We had a great experience with our videographer, David.  We loved him.  He was courteous and friendly and he got everything.

We've had the video since October.  The editing was good, not great and not what their samples looked like.  Heather is who we always dealt with when we called.  She was good.  She and David are why I'm giving them five stars.  David we loved, and Heather always gave me great customer service.  We really had a great experience with both of them.

I talked to Heather about the editing.  She said we could have it reedited at no charge.  She also recommended the short highlight.  That costs extra.  She says like the highlight samples, there are a lot more effects used in those.  She said we can order that anytime.  We haven't done it, but we still might.

They did something to help us stay within our budget that I'm not sure other videographers will do.  They allowed us to split the day, to split the hours that we had them booked.  So we had them for the ceremony, then we released them for two hours while we did our photos throughout the city, then we had them come back for the evening.  They charge a small fee to do that but it worked perfectly for us.

When we got the video there were a few changes we wanted which Heather did at no charge.  Although one was their fault and I don't know why it happened.  They told us to send our invitation so they could start the video with it, but then they didn't use it.  So they fixed that and did the other changes we wanted at no charge and they got the revised video to us pretty quickly.
