Makoto Takashina & Associates is a professional architectural firm committed to quality design. We have been in practice for 30 years in the San Francisco Bay area. We have designed residential (moderate to high-end), commercial, and other types of new and remodeling projects. We provide complete architectural design, construction documents, and construction contract administration services. We also provide project feasibility studies, code analysis, and negotiations with agencies and neighbors as may be required. Through quality construction documents and rigorous administration of bidding and construction contracts, we endeavor to save substantial amounts of construction costs for our clients. We estimate that we save typically 10% to 30% in construction costs.
