Neighborhood Bistro...Destination Quality
by rockyhillgal at Citysearch
Mulberry Street Pizzeria's appearance is that of a neighborhood bistro, located in an ultra-small strip mall. However, it's quality is worthy of destination dining. We love its award winning pizza, as well as its fantastic Italian Chef Salad. There is enough variety on the menu, between pizza, calzones, pasta, salads, etc., that one can return many times without boredom. We consider Mulberry Street Pizzeria a local favorite.

Try the stilton salad. Its our favorite. Also the greek pizza. Order a pitcher because you'll be thirsty. Great place for families. Excellent service and down right nice people. Ive been there many many times and have never been disappointed.
- Pros: Top quality pizza, Service, Independly owned
- Cons: None
The $10k pizza pie
by shb at Citysearch
Decided to pay a visit and have the award winning "best pizza in america" by Food Network. The vegetarian pie basically consists of a wheat crust with dairy cream sauce, filled with mushrooms and topped of course with cheese. How does it taste? Well suffice to say the "flavor" is very different than most traditional pizzas. I personally enjoyed this unique pie but felt a bit "dairy-ed" out after the first slice.
Service was excellent. The dining area felt a bit college cafeteria-ish.
Peronsonally I think their other pies would be better tasting than most pies served in the bay area pizzarias. I recommend this place if you are in the area and in the mood for something a bit different in your pies.
- Pros: Food, Service
- Cons: Ambiance
