How does Sear's survive

I was looking for a watch that the Company said was available at Sear's. I made several calls that were automatically hung up on. Finally the girl in the office had to go down to the floor to try and find a clerk but never could. She tried to help but new nothing about the stock and this was on a Saturday!!! When do people work there. I think the space they occupied could be put to a better use like maybe a parking lot.
- Pros: I can not think of any.
- Cons: Try calling no one answers
