I've had a mailbox here for over 6 years and have ALWAYS had excellent service! I have mailed packages all over the nation as well, so I have delt with them frequently. Highly recommended!

5***** PROFESSIONAL AND ATTENTIVE SERVICE. I live in Oregon and I purchase antiques from both Harvey Clars in Oakland and Bonham's in S.F.

Pak Mail drives to both locations, picks up my purchases and securely packs and ships them to me, usually within one week after the auction ends. Their charges are fair and the quality of their packaging is exemplary.

They are easy to communicate with; by phone, fax and e-mail.

I highly recommend their service !!

Horrible!!!. I went there to ship off a package back to where it came from. The person helping me tried to understand what I was saying, however he seemed flustered. Then in the middle of the conversation a woman from the back comes and takes over, she tells me she understands. I get the package shipped back to me the next day at my house. Needless to say they didn't listen nor understand!

I wouldn't recommend this place.
