Mediocre and Overpriced.
Normally, I would say that fire oven pizza is the best type of pizza out there. Amici's is not that type of pizza. It's small, overpriced, and the crust is dry and bland. The search for good pizza in California continues.

Yummy Pizza!.
This is a great place to get a pizza to go, delivered, or to eat in the restaurant. They have soy cheese too! Great pizza choices, and they have pasta and salads as well. WONDERFUL service; they understand the phrase "great customer service", whether in person or on the phone.

This New York-style pizzeria features thin-crust pizza with non-traditional toppings..
In Short
A destination for East Coast transplants, this mini-chain is known for its brick-oven baked pizzas. To accentuate the thin, crispy, chewy crusts, pizzas come with less sauce and cheese than typically found on California pies. Toppings include traditional options, such as pepperoni, sausage, mushrooms and tomatoes, as well as an array of nontraditional options, including clams, garlic, bacon and lemon oil.

Real East Coast Style Pizza.
As a native New Yorker, I have had trouble finding good pizza since moving out West. However, Amici's margarita pizza is outstanding! It is some of the best East Coast style pizza I have had--even when I lived back East! Getting pizza from Amici's is always a treat.

Amici's.
Although this restaurant isn't what it used to be, it is still delicious. My personal favorite is the cheese raviolis with meat sauce while my wife prefers the linguini with clam sauce. While the food has always been good, they have lowered their service standards...I have had to ask for bread several times and only get one mint per person as opposed to the generous fistfull the same wait staff used to give.
