for plain rugs or less expensive carpet. so I went in to buy two new carpets/rugs for two bedrooms. I placed my order and got a call back 5 minutes later that my order for one had just been sold by the owner to someone else and that "the owner's customer takes priority" (with this business philosophy, I wonder why i should even talk to any other person there)

I'm still pretty irritated and not sure the frustation is worth the value.

Fantastic values - especially for high end wool and nylon carpet. Totally honest too.. If you're looking for carpeting for a room or a whole house, come here first and come back last. Bring samples of what you like and you'll most likely get it for less than anywhere else in the bay area.

Also, the owners are totally honest, and in the unlikely event something goes wrong, they'll make it right (hey anyone can make a mistake, right? But it's what you do AFTER the mistake that separates the pro's from amatuers).

Not only are the prices great, but if you find something you like for less, tell them and there's a good chance they can improve on the deal.

Can't speak highly enough of them.
