That's right - this is as good as it gets in my book!

I bought a BMW that had been traded in on a new Lexus here in May, 2010. I thought I was just looking until I experienced something I had not yet experienced in buying a car... A car sales person who did not try to "sell" me a car. Jeffrey Mitchell is his name and I am still impressed with how professional he was. I can say without a doubt this was the best car buying experience of my 50+ years on this planet.

I was in San Francisco on business and just stopped by to look at a BMW trade in after talking with Jeff on the phone. He had the car ready and allowed me take my time - no sales talk. We went on a test drive and - no sales talk. I kept waiting for the pitch but it never came - Jeff was giving me time to enjoy the drive and think about the car.

We got back to Lexus of Marin and talked about actually buying the car. I liked the atmosphere, the no pressure feeling, and shot a price. Jeff came back with a number we could both live with and accepted my conditions on the sale.

I live a thousand miles away from Lexus of Marin so I had some concerns on the long distance purchase. Jeff lived up to every stipulation I put on the transaction and ensured I was satisfied with the end result. He communicated on a regular basis and also did several complete follow up communications. A true professional in every one of our exchanges.

Lexus of Main appears to be a high quality dealer with a good staff. Jeffrey Mitchell is the reason I'm driving a cherry BMW now. I plan on looking him up (from1,000 miles away) before I buy my next car.

Life is all about the journey. Thanks for a great memory Jeff!

When i need service done on my multiple Lexus, I always take it to Bryon at Lexus of Marin. He is the most polite, alert and attentive advisor in the service department. I highly recommend him.

The courtesy shuttle where helpful in getting me around while my car was being serviced.

I also highly recommend the sales rep Oscar, I have made all my car purchases through him.

I could not be happier with my experience leasing my new RX350 from Lexus of Marin! Every person we dealt with was amazing and made us feel comfortable and informed. It really was the best we could have hoped for. I would recommend Lexus of Marin to anyone in the SF Bay Area looking for a Lexus.

"Nothing but net" for this excellent Lexus dealership in San Rafael,CA.

Have been a tremendously satisfied customer for over 6 years buying the original RX300 and now own a RX330. Sales department; service department offer the best in exemplary customer service and care since I starting frequenting the Company. You won't be disappointed owning a Lexus...and buying it from Lexus of Marin.

I recently purchase a 2008 es 350 and had an excellent experience!!

We had a test drive initially and returned a few weeks later to purchase the car. We checked the internet and several other Lexus dealership and this was by far the very best. deal in every way. Jason was our salesperson and he was very professional and thorough throughout the whole transaction. He was especially patient and took a lot of time explaining how everything worked. This was very helpful as we had not purchased a car in many years and we were not familiar with all the new technology.

In addition he followed up several days after the purchase to see if we needed anything. Nice Touch.

I've been bringing my 1997 SC400 here for maybe two years and have always been happy w/ the way I've been treated. I used to take it to another dealer when I was working because it was more convenient to Vallejo, but I never felt particularly good about them. Then I discovered these guys were open for service on Saturdays and I switched to them. They're closer to my home and Alan and I have Marin lunch dates when my car's being serviced. My service adviser today and the first time I brought it in was Andy. He's been terrific. I've also been well treated by the two other service advisers I've dealt w/ on other occasions. I've never felt hustled or overcharged. We explored flushing the transmission several months ago and they advised against it. My car is ready when promised and they always wash it, so it looks gorgeous. The last couple of times I was here an older man, once an employee, the other time a customer, stopped by as I was picking it up to admire it and engage me in conversation about it. I love that.

I went in to have an ipod feature, otherwise known as the LexPod, installed. Because the installation was going to take more than two hours, the dealership gave me a loaner car which I wasn't expecting. And after the installation they washed my car which I have to admit it needed.

Also worth mentioning that in the courtesy lounge they had donuts and free wireless Internet access. Nice touches.

I bought my '07 used IS 250 from Mitch Lader. I was very happy with the service. He was helpful and answered all of my questions. He was straightforward and easy to deal with. I would buy from them again.
