I cannot speak about the quality of CertaPro's work, as it was not my house, but my neighbor's house, being painted. As a neighbor, I have been so disrespected by CertaPro's employees that I would never use their services myself. I came home every day to find a pile of trash in MY yard, left there by the painters for me to clean up. Then I came home to find my car barely covered in plastic (after I asked them to just let me know ahead of time when they are coming, and I will happily move it), and the interior and exterior of it covered in sanding dust. Then, they shoved my garbage cans carelessly into my yard, breaking a 3-year-old jasmine plant. Then, they unscrewed my sprinkler to wash their hands, covering the sprinkler and the hose with paint. I am absolutely stunned that these folks would be so disrespectful to me.. I'm just an innocent neighbor!!
