I had a 1:00 appointment and 8 other people had 1:00 appointments as well. The staff came in at 1:40 with their lunches and their lattes. Dr. Slabaugh shows up at 1:50. They start bringing in the first patient at 2:10. I get seen at 2:45. After a few minutes, Dr. Slabaugh walks out because he can't figure out his computer and asks his assistant to put the CD into it. I'm supposed to get a radiograph taken because my femur was broken. Dr. Slabaugh says, "Oh,....just do it next time in 6 or 8 weeks." I ask about physical therapy and he says, "Oh, you don't need it....just walk around." I can't recommend this office.
Pros: parking was nearby
Cons: the wait, getting brushed off because they were behind.

I understand that orthopedic surgeons tend to run behind, but the front office staff should tell the patients as they check in that they are running behind. I ran into a situation there in which they were running WAY behind and nothing was said, yet patients who came in after me were seen before me (and a couple of patients ahead of me),as they had interpreters who had to go to other appointments. The quality of medical care is outstanding, however.
