After a $90 1 br apt cleaning, for which I also tipped $20 sight unseen, there was still dust on the furniture, the bedroom wasn't vacuumed at all, they didn't mop the hardwood underneath the futon or the tile around the toilet, they didn't clean the refrigerator, which had been explicitly part of the contract, and they didn't wipe down any of the mirrors. I called to complain, was told it would be dealt with, and then heard nothing for weeks. I cancelled the check, thankfully, anticipating slow response to my concerns, so I'm only out the cancel fee. I would never recommend this service to anyone.
