So far they have been very patient with us when it comes to planning and financing. They were able to send out a salesman who could create the design and give us an estimate on the pool right there and then. We didn't have to wait for someone to draw up plans before we could have a visual or even know if we could afford it.

Although I have read and heard good things about them, on my house, it's been a nightmare. They schedule days when parts of the service will happen and don't show up and when they finally do (usually weeks later) they seem to be always looking for an excuse to say there is something missing and leave. My advice, bring someone from another country, but don't hire these guys.
